Pricing & Payment

We provide a price range over the phone before dispatching a technician whenever possible. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work once a technician assesses the job on site, and any changes will be communicated to you before additional work is performed. Payment is due at the time service is completed. We accept multiple payment methods, which can be confirmed at the time of your call.

Verification of Ownership or Authorization

Before performing lockout, rekeying, or lock replacement services, we require reasonable proof that you own or are authorized to access the property or vehicle in question, such as identification, proof of residency, or vehicle registration. We reserve the right to decline service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

Scheduling & Response Times

Response times, including any estimates provided over the phone, are approximate and may be affected by weather, traffic, technician availability, and call volume. While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated arrival times, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time in all circumstances.
